Formerly Known as the City of War`hatu. Mount Elleaima is home to the dwarf descendants of Ironheel who came to the aid of elves long ago. The city within was built under constant assault of Orc. The hastened entrenchment of the city is evident to any stone mason, impressing upon them the practical nature of the industries involved in construction of the city that would eventually help hold the Orc from advancing to Sanos.

Hatul remains populated by dwarfs and gnomes who run the forges and sell weapons through New Caerul. Much of the steel production goes to Mirin to assist in building tall structures, despite the scorn of Ironheel. The lords of Hatul are attempting to open trade negotiations with Greater Sha, equipping the Sha Dragoons with steel barding and weapons. Hatul is also attempting to convince Greater Sha to finish the voidship, which would also require massive amounts of specialized steel that only Hatul remains equipped to forge.
