Rultar Mountain is centered between three active volcanoes. Being a secretive society of gnomes, little is widely known of the city. Many wizard practitioners of the world come here to study at the Rultar Wizard Order, and are often have little to say about the city itself. The city is thought to be subterranean, with the Rultar Wizard Order being inside of a tower that stretches up from below the ground.
