Adjunct of Amr. The northeastern territory of Ruleun was annexed by the Kingdom of Mirin several decades ago, eventually leading to the Southern War that has continued for eleven years. The region is considered under martial law, with cooperative civil governance. While the majority of the denizens are a mix of humans, goliaths, dragonborn, and gnomes, there is a relatively large presence of half-drow.

The half-drow being descendants of the Underdark’s Star Alliance army, their parents were among the few that returned from the Last Battle of the Akarian Titan on Eanet. Most of the true drow have passed, scarred by magicks that quickened their lives, leaving only their offspring on the surface. They dared not to return home in their weakened state.

Many took advantage of the hospitality granted by the region to make their new home here. Most of the male drow soldiers married humans they had fought beside during the war, while most of the female drow elected to find their own way to the south. Many works of romantic fiction were inspired by this region from its real-life stories of love and heartbreak as several extremely different cultures slowly merged and tore.
