The port of Talis becomes increasingly dilapidated with each passing year. Evidence of its former glory is easily seen from off the coast. Large storehouses for goods may be seen as one passes by the city by ship. The port fees and taxes on goods being moved through here is extremely cheap, and has become known for being used by thieves and pirates of the East. There is a quiet conflict between Mirin and Seawort that centers here.
